Refund Policy

Apex offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases of Apex Membership.

  • Refund requests must be submitted to support@apexsellertools.app within 7 days of the initial purchase date.
  • Recurring monthly charges after the first billing cycle are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations can be made at any time from the billing section of your account and take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time during an active billing cycle.
